TAWA PANEER

TAWA PANEER 


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Paneer 250gm
  2. Fresh cream 
  3. Tomato 4-6
  4. Cashews 10-12 
  5. Ginger & Garlic 
  6. Capsicum 1
  7. Green chillies 4-5

SPICES: Jeera 1 spoon, Salt to taste, Red chilli powder 1 spoon, kashmiri mirch powder 1 spoon, Haldi powder (turmeric)1/2 spoon, coriander powder 1 spoon, Garam masala 1/2 spoon. Corriander leaves to garnish, Onion ring to garnish.


PROCESS:


  1. Roughly chopped tomatoes add cashews.


2. Sprinkle some oil on tawa add chopped tomatoes and cashews and roast it for few seconds.



3. Add garlic and ginger and cook it for 2-4 minutes. Take out this mixture in blender and blend it smooth.


            4. On the same tawa add paneer and roast it with spices salt, red chilli, corriander powder. 

  


5. Flip it to other side and cook it properly. 




       6. Add jeera capsicum, sliced tomatoes, green chillies and toss it for 5 minutes



7. Add spices red chilli, corriander powder, haldi, garam masala, salt, jeera powder, kashmiri mirch and mix it properly



8. Pour blended tomato and cashew paste on tawa and cook.



9. cook paste for 10 minutes or untill paste leaves the side of tawa or till oil get seprated from it, after that add fresh cream to it.



10. Add fried paneer and half capsicum in paste and cook for 2-4 minutes.



11.Cook it for another 5 minuutes, with some butter.
