Paneer gravy 65 (south indian dish) 🌢

 


INGREDIENTS

  1. Paneer 250 gm
  2. Curd 1/2 bowl
  3. Onion 1 (big)
  4. Corn starch for coating 
  5. Curry leaves 10-15
  6. Green chilli 5-7
  7. Garlic 
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  9. Red chilli sauce

spices:  

jeera powder 1spoon, black pepper 1/2 spoon , black salt 1/2 spoon , ginger garlic paste 1 spoon, kashmiri mirch powder 1 spoon , chopped green chilli 1 spoon.


process: 

1. Add curd in a bowl and add spices to it and it  mix well.




2. Add paneer and marinate it for 1/2 hr to 45 min. 

 

 

3. Take corn starch in bowl and coat paneer and leave it for few minutes.

 


4. Heat oil in pan add  chopped garlic, green chillies and curry leaves. 

 

 

5. Add diced onion and saute it for 1 minute.

 


 6. Add red chilli sauce, black pepper and  salt to taste. 

 

 

7. Add 1/4 cup curd mix it well and bring it to boil 

 

 

8. Add marinated and coated paneer to it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

 


9. Serve it hot with green chutney lemon and ring onions.
