suji chilla with green chutney and tomato sauce 


INGRIDIENTS:
  1. Suji (semolina) 2cups
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. Onion 1 
  4. Green chillies 3-4
  5. Carrot 1
  6. Capsicum 1/2
  7. Curd 1/2 cup
  8. Corriander leaves
  9. Spices : Red chilli 1/2 tb spoon, Salt to taste, Chaat masala 1/2 tb spoon, Black pepper 1/4 tb spoon, Dhaniya powder (corriander powder) 1/2 tb spoon, Dried Methi leaves 1/2 tb spoon.

PROCESS: 


  1. chop veggies or you can grate as well and mix it all.




2.   Add besan and semolina.



3. Add curd to it.


4. Mix it well.


 

5. Add spices.


6. Mix it properly and batter is ready leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes.


After 20 minutes heat pan sprinkle some oil and put spoon full better on it, spread it evenly and and cover it with lid for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes uncover the lid and wait till corner of the chilla leaves pan surface and gets crunchy, flip to the other side and cook for 2-3 minutes & chilla is ready.






SERVE IT HOT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR TOMATO SAUCE.
