TANDOORI PANEER KATHI ROLL

Delicious Tandoori paneer kaathi roll

INGRIDIENTS:

Maida 250gm

paneer 250gm

onion 2 

Green chillies 5-6

Mayo 

spices: salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, chaat masala, lemon, kasthuri methi, besan, garam masala , garlic, ginger , food colour (optional).


Paneer Marination Process:


Take a bowl add 2 table spoon of besan (gram flour) add salt as per taste, red chilli powder 1/2 table spoon, haldi powder 1/4 table spoon, chaat masala 1/2table spoon, ginger-garlic paste, lemon 1, kasthuri methi, hot sarso oil 2 table spoon, orange food colour (optional) mix it properly and add paneer chuncks to it and leave it for 15-20 min.Fry marinated paneer and keep it aside.

AFTER THIS  MAKE MAIDA DOUGH AND KEEP IT FOR REST FOR 20 MINUTES MAKE NORMAL DOUGH WITH SPRINKLE OF OIL AND SALT. 




 Make half cook rotis with maida dough.


For onions rings take a bowl cut onions into rings add some salt, black pepper1/2 table spoon,mayo2-3 spoon,chaat masala 1/4 table spoon.   











PROCESS

Take pan put some butter to it and cook maida rotis properly after this spread some tandoori paste which we had prepared for paneer marination and cook it. when it get cooked enough put roti on plate and add onions rings, paneer, tomato sause , sprinkle some chaat masala over it. make roll out of it and to make it more crispy again put that roll in pan put little butter and leave it for 5 minutes on both sides.
