Key ingredients:
Soaked moongdal 1 bowl
Green chilli 4-5
Onion 1 chopped
Capsicum 1 chopped
Carrot and any veggies of your choice( chopped)
Spices: red chilli, salt, coriander powder, Garam masala, chaat masala , black pepper, pinch of hing
Butter
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon ( to make it fluffy)
Process:
Soak moongdal for 4-5 hours and grind it into fine paste . After that add chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies, carrot and other veggies of you choice and mix it properly, sprinkle Some oil as well, add spices red chilli teaspoon, coriander powder, salt, chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper 1/4 teaspoon, and pinch of hing add baking soda 1/4 teaspoon to it mix it properly.
Put pan on gas and add butter to it and add the mixture and spread it evenly and cover it with the lid after 10 min flip to the other side and with the help of pizza cutter or knife make cut and put butter on it and cover the lid again and make sure gas on low flame After 15 min check it once and it is ready to eat.🍲🍴🍽
SERVE IT HOT WITH RED SAUSE OR GREEN CHUTNEY.
