DUM ALLOO

 DUM ALLOOO!!

INGRIDIENTS:

  1. Baby potato(250gm)
  2. curd (1 bowl)
  3. spices: red chilli powder (1 teaspoon), haldi powder(1/2teaspoon), coriander powder (2 teaspoon), garam masala (1/2 teaspoon), jeera powder (1/2 teaspoon), kalimirch powder (1/4 teaspoon), fennel powder,salt.
  4. whole spices: cinnamon stick 1/2, elachi 1, kali mirch 4, laung 6, red chilli 1, bay leaf 
  5. onion 2
  6. tomato 4
  7. kasturi methi 
  8. green chilli 4
  9. ginger 
  10. garlic 



METHOD:

Marination: peel the potato and  wash it cut it into half , put it into bowl and add 3 table spoon curd to it add pinch of salt, kasuri methi, 1/2 chilli powder, 1/4 kala namak , 1/4 coriander powder and mix it properly and leave it for half an hour and shallow fry it.

In different bowl put curd into it after that add fennel powder, kasuri methi, kala namak, chaat masala, and leave it till we prepare gravy for DUM ALLOO.

Now for gravy:
put some oil in pan add jeera to it after that add whole spices ( bay leaf , clove, black pepper, whole red chilli, ginger garlic paste and toss it for minute add hing.After 1 minute add onion chopped or grated onion, tomato and cover the lid till tomato get soft, after this add curd which we have prepared earlier and again leave it for 10-15 minute. add fried potato to it and cook till gravy get thick and dum alloo get readyy!!!πŸ˜‰πŸ‘Œ serve it hot with sprinkle of fresh cream over it.
